Jurnal ini fokus pada hasil penelitian dan artikel ilmiah yang terkait bidang bimbingan konseling, khususnya terkonsentrasi pada lembaga pendidikan Islam, namun tetap memberikan porsi terhadap isu-isu bimbingan konseling di masyarakat. However, the increasing divorce rate in Indonesia, including in Jombang, demonstrates the need for efforts to strengthen family resilience through a spiritual approach. Islamic boarding schools, as traditional Islamic educational institutions, play a crucial role in providing marriage guidance and counseling based on Islamic values. This study aims to analyze the role of Islamic boarding schools in Jombang as centers for Islamic marriage counseling in realizing a harmonious family. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with a library research approach, through analysis of various scientific literature and secondary data sources related to Islamic counseling guidance and the social role of Islamic boarding schools. The results show that Islamic boarding schools have three main functions in marriage counseling: preventive (premarital guidance), curative (resolving domestic conflicts), and educational (continuous family guidance). These three functions strengthen the role of Islamic boarding schools as institutions for moral and spiritual development in the community. Within the context of Qur’an-based da’wah (Islamic preaching), Islamic Guidance and Counseling serve as an approach that integrates Islamic values contained in the Qur’an into the process of community development. This study aims to interpret and analyze the role of Islamic Guidance and Counseling in strengthening da’wah grounded in Qur’anic values, emphasizing the integration of psychological, spiritual, and social aspects in Islamic counseling practices as a means of conducting da’wah that is relevant, factual, and contextual in modern society. The method used in this study is a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis. Data were obtained through literature review, including relevant studies on Islamic guidance and counseling and da’wah. Data analysis involved content analysis of academic articles, previous research reports, classical Islamic references, and academic books. The findings indicate that the counselor (<em>da’i</em>), the counselee (<em>mad’u</em>), and the problem itself each play a significant role in strengthening Qur’an based da’wah. In conclusion, Islamic Guidance and Counseling function not only as a means of providing psychological and spiritual assistance but also as a medium for conveying da’wah messages through a professional approach grounded in the Qur’an and Hadith. It can serve as an effective means of nurturing the ummah, fostering religious awareness, independence, and spiritual balance within the life of modern society.</p> Indah Zakiyyatul Miskiyyah Copyright (c) 2025 MUHAFADZAH 2025-11-27 2025-11-27 6 1 11 20 10.53888/muhafadzah.v6i1.898 PENERAPAN KONSELING KELOMPOK BERBASIS CBT UNTUK MENGURANGI PERILAKU MEMBOLOS SISWA DI MTSN 3 SURABAYA http://e-journal.uin-al-azhaar.ac.id/index.php/muhafadhah/article/view/914 <p>This study aims to analyze strategies for handling students who frequently truant at MTsN 3 Kota Surabaya through a group counseling approach based on Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT). This study was conducted using a descriptive qualitative method using observation, interviews, documentation, and content analysis techniques. The results showed that internal factors such as lack of motivation, discomfort with the school environment, and external factors such as lack of parental attention were the main triggers of truancy behavior. The CBT approach was implemented through self-instruction techniques, where students were guided to identify negative thoughts, build positive self-talk, and develop adaptive strategies in dealing with situations that trigger truancy. Group counseling played an important role in increasing students' self-confidence, self-efficacy, and social skills. Psychosocial support was also found to be an important component in helping them adapt to new positive habits. The results showed that the combination of self-instruction techniques and psychosocial support was effective in reducing truancy behavior and increasing student participation in school.</p> Cahaya Ratih Copyright (c) 2025 2025-11-27 2025-11-27 6 1 21 29 10.53888/muhafadzah.v6i1.914 STUDI LITERATUR: STRATEGI BIMBINGAN DAN KONSELING ISLAM DALAM MENGATASI BERBAGAI GANGGUAN KESEHATAN MENTAL PADA REMAJA http://e-journal.uin-al-azhaar.ac.id/index.php/muhafadhah/article/view/917 <p>This study aims to analyze various strategies of Islamic Guidance and Counseling <br>(BKI) in addressing mental health problems among adolescents through a literature review <br>method. The data were obtained from scientific journals, academic articles, and books <br>discussing Islamic counseling interventions and adolescent mental health. Previous studies <br>show that adolescents often experience stress, anxiety, mild depression, decreased motivation, <br>and adjustment difficulties influenced by social, academic, and psychological factors. The <br>findings reveal that effective BKI strategies include dhikr, prayer, tazkiyatun nafs, self<br>reflection (muhasabah), Sayyidul Istighfar, faith strengthening, and both individual and group <br>counseling based on Islamic values. These interventions have been shown to reduce anxiety, <br>enhance self-control, improve resilience, foster meaning in life, and promote spiritual calmness <br>among adolescents. The study concludes that Islamic Guidance and Counseling contributes <br>significantly as both a preventive and curative approach to improving adolescent mental health. <br>Nevertheless, this research is limited by its reliance on secondary sources and predominantly <br>qualitative data, indicating the need for future field studies to compare the effectiveness of <br>various BKI strategies.</p> Fina Auliya Rizqi Sifa Nur Khayati Copyright (c) 2025 MUHAFADZAH 2025-11-27 2025-11-27 6 1 30 36 10.53888/muhafadzah.v6i1.917 DINAMIKA HUBUNGAN KELUARGA DAN LANSIA DALAM KEPUTUSAN MEMILIH PANTI JOMPO : STUDI KASUS PANTI SOSIAL LANJUT USIA HARAPAN KITA LUBUKLINGGAU http://e-journal.uin-al-azhaar.ac.id/index.php/muhafadhah/article/view/918 <p>This study aims to analyse the dynamics of family relationships and elderly people in the decision-making process of choosing a nursing home as a place of residence. This decision is influenced by various factors, such as the personal preferences of the elderly, family considerations, physical and mental health conditions, and social situations such as living alone without family support. The study uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results show that the decision of the elderly to enter a nursing home can be voluntary based on the need for comfort, companionship, and care. However, some decisions involve the family considering time constraints, the ability to provide care at home, and the emotional dynamics between family members. Some elderly people also enter nursing homes due to physical limitations or mental disorders that hinder their independence. In addition, social factors such as the absence of family are a dominant reason.
