This research is field research and the approach used is a qualitative approach, the data collection techniques used are interviews, observation and documentation. The data validity test in this research uses persistent observation and triangulation. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique goes through three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. This direct distribution is closer to consumptive use, thereby somewhat obscuring productive purposes. But in reality, the management of zakat in mosques is not yet running properly, this can be seen from the recording process, annual data collection as well as supervision by competent people. The problem formulation for this research is: 1) What is the Zakat Maal Management Strategy at the Al-Mustaqim Mosque, Noman Village, North Musi Rawas Regency? 2) What are the inhibiting and supporting factors for the Al-Mustaqim Al-Mustaqim Mosque, Noman Village, North Musi Rawas Regency. In this research, an approach known as a qualitative approach was used. This type of research is qualitative research. Research is descriptive research in the form of written or spoken words from people and the behavior observed is in accordance with facts in the field. The research results show. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the community's understanding of the obligation to pay zakat in Noman Village is lacking. The lack of public understanding is due to the lack of socialization and information obtained from the Zakat Amil Agency, causing the public to not know what zakat maal is. The community's understanding of the Amil Zakat Agency in Noman Village is that the community only knows that there is an obligation to pay zakat fitrah but does not understand about zakatr maal in detail. Only some people understand about zakat maal, some even don't know about zakat maal and its calculations. Most people do not know how to calculate the required zakat maal for zakat paid. The focus of the study includes the role of podcasts in expanding the reach of da’wah, message delivery strategies, audience impact, and challenges in digital da’wah practices. The research method employed is a literature review, analyzing scholarly journals, books, and academic publications related to digital da’wah and podcast-based religious communication. A descriptive-analytical approach is used to identify trends and key findings from previous studies. The findings indicate that YouTube podcasts contribute significantly to enhancing the accessibility and reach of da’wah, particularly among younger generations who are closely engaged with digital technology. Various podcast formats, such as sermons, discussions, and interactive interviews, encourage innovation in conveying religious messages in a more contextual and engaging manner. Podcast-based da’wah content also has a positive impact on religious understanding, the strengthening of religious identity, and the development of constructive social behavior. However, challenges such as content competition, production quality, and the potential spread of misinformation remain critical concerns. The role of the language and culture of the waiter, known as Jenang, is symbolic in the process of serving various dishes. The food menu served in front of guests by jenang apparently has its own meaning. This tradition not only functions as a social activity, but also as a means of cultural da'wah that shows how Islamic teachings about honoring guests are implemented in real action. This research method uses a qualitative approach. Data sources were obtained from observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique uses triangulation. The results of this research show that there are special requirements for someone to serve as a Jenang officer, and not just anyone can carry out the duties and roles. Then, there are many meanings to the simple menu served. The number of dishes must be odd, not including rice. Karena berperan dalam membimbing, menginspirasi, dan mengoordinasikan semua sumber daya organisasi untuk berhasil mencapai tujuan da'wah, kepemimpinan adalah aspek kunci dalam menentukan keberhasilan lembaga da'wah. Dengan mengumpulkan informasi dari berbagai buku, publikasi ilmiah, dan literatur yang relevan dengan topik penelitian, penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian kepustakaan. Metode deskriptif-kualitatif digunakan untuk mengurangi, menyajikan, dan menarik kesimpulan dari data. Menurut temuan penelitian, berbagai filosofi kepemimpinan, termasuk transformasional, transaksional, partisipatif, dan otoriter, dapat digunakan untuk menerapkan kepemimpinan dalam organisasi da'wah, tergantung pada kondisi organisasi. Selain itu, telah ditunjukkan bahwa penggunaan gaya kepemimpinan direktif, suportif, partisipatif, dan berorientasi pada pencapaian meningkatkan motivasi anggota, efektivitas koordinasi, dan profesionalisme dalam pelaksanaan program da'wah.
