TINJAUAN HUKUM EKONOMI SYARIAH TERHADAP PRAKTIK PERSONAL SELLING BERBASIS SILATURAHMI DALAM PENGHIMPUNAN DANA DI BMT NU KALISAT
Abstract
This study aims to analyze the unique marketing phenomenon at BMT NU Kalisat, which uses the cultural approach of "Silaturahmi" as a personal selling instrument. From the perspective of Sharia Economic Law, personal interaction in fundraising is not merely a business strategy, but is closely related to the validity of the contract and the ethics of muamalah. Using a descriptive qualitative method, this study found that the practice of silaturahmi at BMT NU Kalisat has fulfilled the pillars and requirements of Wadiah and Mudharabah contracts. This approach has been proven to minimize the element of gharar (unclearness) through transparent face-to-face explanations, while implementing the principle of antaradin (the willingness of both parties).
