Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the strategies implemented by students, lecturers, and institutions to improve academic productivity in the business school environment. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and document studies. The results indicate that time management strategies and active learning techniques applied by students have a significant impact on enhancing academic productivity. In addition, interactive teaching methods and academic guidance from lecturers, as well as institutional support programs such as soft skills training and internships, also contribute positively. However, obstacles such as social media distractions and inconsistent motivation hinder the effectiveness of these strategies. This study concludes that an integrated synergy among students, lecturers, and institutions is essential to create a conducive and productive learning environment. Recommendations are provided for relevant parties to continuously develop and evaluate strategies to achieve optimal academic productivity.
