PENGARUH PENGALAMAN KERJA TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS GURU DI MAN TEBING TINGGI

Abstract

A teacher is said to have high productivity if he is able to carry out his main tasks better, more perfectly, more in accordance with the material and students' abilities, so that the process carried out can lead to achieving educational goals. The problem formulation in this research is: Is there an influence of work experience on teacher productivity at MAN Tebing Tinggi, Empat Lawang Regency? How big is the influence of work experience on teacher productivity at MAN Tebing Tinggi, Empat Lawang Regency? The method used in this research is a quantitative method with the population in this research being the entire population of 20 MAN teachers, the location of this research is MAN Empat Lawang, data collection techniques namely, observation, questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique uses the product moment formula. .

There is an influence of the relationship between work experience and teacher productivity at MA Negeri Empat Lawang. Judging from the results of the rxy calculation, which is 0 - 0.109, and can be seen from a simple interpretation the number 0.109, is in the guideline group of 0.00-0.020, including in the interpretation there is a very weak or very low correlation so that the correlation is ignored (it is considered that there is no correlation between variable X and variable Y.

Seorang guru dikatakan memiliki produktivitas yang tinggi apabila ia mampu melakukan tugas-tugas pokoknya lebih baik, lebih sempurna, lebih sesuai dengan materi dan kemampuan peserta didik, sehingga proses yang dilakukan dapat mengarah kepada pencapaian tujuan pendidikan. Adapun rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah: Adakah Pengaruh Pengalaman Kerja Terhadap Produktivitas Guru di MAN Tebing Tinggi Kabupaten Empat Lawang? Seberapa besar pengaruh pengalaman kerja terhadap produktivitas guru di MAN Tebing Tinggi Kabupaten Empat Lawang? Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh populasi guru MAN sebanyak 20 orang, lokasi penelitian ini ada MAN Empat Lawang, tehnik pengumpulan data yakni, observasi, angket dan dokumentasi, Adapun tehnik analisis data menggunakan rumus product moment.

Ada pengaruh hubungan pengalaman kerja terhadap produktivitas guru pada MA Negeri Empat Lawang. Dilihat dari hasil hitung r_xy yakni sebesar 0 , dan dapat dilihat dari interpretasi secara sederhana angka  , berada pada kelompok pedoman  0,00-0,020 termasuk pada interprestasi terdapat korelasi yang sangat lemah atau sangat rendah sehingga korelasi itu diabaikan(dianggap tidak ada korelasi Antara variabel X dan variabel Y.
